Global Solutions Framework*
The Global Solutions Framework* has been designed into three phases: Adopt, Implement, and Operate. The Framework is designed to help a business at any stage of their Outsourcing life-cycle.
How does our GS-Framework work?
We help customers every step of the way to ensure they establish the right Sourcing model and realize its maximum value.
Adopt Phase
Before a business can successfully utilize an Outsourcing Model, it must first Adopt the right Outsourcing strategy. Our GS-Framework methodically walks a business through the process of determining the Sourcing strategy that best fits their needs.
Once the Sourcing strategy has been determined, our GS-Framework will help identify the right Outsourcing partner that best matches the customer’s requirements. Titanium Ant has evaluated Offshore and Nearshore firms throughout the world to find the “best in breed”.
Implement Phase
Our GS-Framework will Implement the necessary IT infrastructure, internal processes and communication structures required in order for a business to successfully operate the Outsourcing model. The Pilot project will be initiated to demonstrate the vendor’s capability and ensure processes are successfully established.
Operate Phase
The day of utilizing a Global Delivery Model to simply lower IT Costs are over. The real trick is to utilize Outsourcing to add true business value.
Our GS-Framework will establish the necessary processes to effectively Operate the Outsourcing solution and ensure true business value is achieved. Our PM’s will establish Outsourcing success criteria that will be measured and reported. This information will be used to help optimize the Outsourcing solution on a continuous basis.
