Titanium Ant has a uniquely experienced founding team. Along with broad industry experience, our founding members all have multiple professional certifications and individual areas of expertise.
Marshall Van Beurden, President, Co-Founder
Marshall is a co-founder of Titanium Ant, LLC. Prior to helping found Titanium Ant, Marshall has worked in various capacities as a professional services director, an IT consultant, and Project Manager for the past 10 years. As an IT Consultant Marshall has worked with large enterprise customers such as Hewlett Packard, Intel, and Microsoft, in addition to smaller regional customers. Marshall has also successfully delivered IT projects for customers such as Charles Schwab, AAA, and MCI. Marshall has several technical industry certifications and has an MBA, BA in Economics, and a BS in IT and is an alumnus of Western Washington University.
Kevin Hoang, CEO, Co-Founder
Kevin is a co-founder of Titanium Ant, LLC. Kevin has over 14 years of experience in information technology and consulting. As a senior consultant and systems engineer at previous companies, Kevin has demonstrated his ability to translate new ideas into profitable business ventures with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. He enthusiastically integrates new ideas and has the organizational skills and energy to successfully manage simultaneous projects. His multicultural background enables him to quickly adapt to diverse working environments. Kevin's experience includes projects involving Firewalls/LAN/WAN infrastructure in Windows and Novell mixed environments. At Cisco Systems he performed network infrastructure design that helped maintain Cisco Sales servers. Kevin possesses a unique combination of technical and communication skills that is sought after by many customers. Kevin has several industry certifications and has a BA degree in Management Information Technology and Business Administration from Western Washington University.
Steven D. Gomez, CEO, Global Solutions
Steven is CEO and co-founder of the Global Solutions division of Titanium Ant LLC. The Global Solutions division helps businesses leverage a Global Delivery Model as part of their overall IT Strategy; including Offshore, Nearshore, Onshore and Onsite Technology services. Steven has designed a proprietary Global Solutions Framework that helps business at any stage of their Outsourcing life-cycle. Prior to Titanium Ant, Steven was Vice President of Technology for ING Direct – ShareBuilder where he was responsible for establishing ShareBuilder’s strategic technology plans while overseeing delivery of all strategic initiatives. Steven joined ShareBuilder in 1999 to help design and launch the ShareBuilder.com website and proprietary back office product. Since the launch of www.sharebuilder.com, Steven developed an innovative technology organization that played a key role in ShareBuilder’s overall success. He was responsible for delivering the product roadmap, state of the art enterprise infrastructure and established their IT delivery methodology. Steven helped drive the integration strategy for the ING Direct acquisition of ShareBuilder, which included organizational restructuring, synergistic cost savings and innovative product integration. Prior to ShareBuilder, Steven worked at Microsoft and supported the re-release of MS Proxy Server 2.0 and product release of Microsoft Exchange Server 2000.
Raymond Williams, Management Director
Raymond has worked as an IT consultant and System Administrator for the past 16 years. During that time Raymond has had the opportunity to work with large customers like Intel, First Bank, Thiokal, Microsoft, GTE, Keane, University of Eastern Washington. He has experience implementing high availability solutions requiring full failover, fault tolerance, and load balancing with fiber SAN back-ends in clustered NAS environments. Raymond is completing his Bachelor of Computer Science and has many industry certifications. For the past seven years Raymond built, designed and managed a complex infrastructure, building it from a single server environment with modems allowing up to 500 simultaneous connections to a full fledged 150 internally hosted servers allowing 3000 simultaneous connections. Raymond has successfully helped many small businesses make better use of their technology, increase their network security, and system availability.
